Passive bonus is related with profits which will be generated on property transaction activities (renting, sales, etc). Bonus is called ROI (Return on Investment) and is paid in every each quarter of the year (in DRE’s) with the capitalization at the end of the month ending current quarter. Value of the ROI is dependent on yearly and quarterly  profits from the rent of apartments and is estimated at minimum 10% (year to year).

CashDay (CD).
Cash Day is the last day of every quarter of the year (31st of March, 30th of June, 30th of September and 31st of December). At this day, at 12:00 am (GMT) the system will check all DREs holders wallets and confirm number of DREs on every wallet.
For every wallet in 10 days after the CashDay, the system will transfer all profits from the actual quarter.
First capitalization and CashDay will occur on 30 September 2020.
